This product failed after 2 years
Purchased this product Fall 2023. The electrical component on one side failed and I have yet to find any discernible information on the process to contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim.

Nice thickness
Nice thick mattress pad. I thought it was cooling (like breezy) but it’s actually a heating pad. I don’t think I will use it because my partner sleeps hot. But it’s thick and cozy.

BUY ONE!! best gift ever for winters
This bed cover is literally the best I’ve ever used. It keeps my side of the bed warm, and you can control it with two different controllers, and the mattress pad adds a little bit of space between the actual mattress and my sheets, which I also really like! keeps me warm and toasty throughout the winter months. I literally have to use my heater less, which has been such a pro because I’m saving on gas which is way more expensive than my electricity

Duel zone comfort
We have a thick queen size mattress that struggles to keep fitted sheets on due to the thickness. The cool touch heated mattress pad fit with ease. The mattress pad does not have any wires that you feel at night and its duel zone is perfect for two people who can not agree on a temperature. Each side has its own controller and plug in. So for those who do not have duel outlets near their bed this may be a little inconvenient. When not in use the cool touch pad is just that, it makes our fitted sheet feel cooler and does not heat up with your body. When I have my side on you can not feel it on the other half.

Cozy, warm slice of heaven
This is one of the best heated mattress pads I've owned over the last 25 years. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star is that others were designed to make the area at the bottom (feet) the warmest and gradually reduce heat on up. I think this one is the same temp all the way. Other than that I love everything about it, it is truly the nicest yet. Fits a deep mattress, the cover is superb, dual controlled and the connection for controller is tucked away in the side of the mattress vs on top.
