Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. I ordered the Polo Ralph Lauren Kids Leather Boots for my 8-year-old grandson, only to have my order canceled shortly afterward. After reading the reviews, I realized many other customers had the exact same experience. When this keeps happening, it's clearly an ongoing issue. Polo Ralph Lauren, Macy's, and Finish Line should either resolve the inventory problem or remove the boots from online sale until they can actually fulfill orders. Loyal customers deserve better.

Great for the price..but my order was canceled 2 days after purchased…my son was eagerly waiting for the boots.

Out of stock

The shoes were canceled after ordering them because they are out of stock, now the shoes are in stock again. Placing an order with Macys prevented for me order others that would have been delivered on time. I am very disappointed

Very upset

I agree with the other review. I ordered these boots 2 times and actually called the 2nd time and placed order over phone. Was told the first time I placed my order the boots were out of stock but are now in stock. Just received an email that they are now out of stock. What is going on? This is so disappointing!!!

Scam

I have ordered these shoes 3 times now in the last week including right after being sent an email that they were back in stock and calling the number to ask if they were in stock. Each time I added other items to my order for free shipping. This is a bait and switch. These shoes are not available. This is a scam.
