Opal Ring with amethyst

I purchased this ring for my daughter in law she wore it to a wedding. There the opal fell out. I was very very disappointed. What can be done to fix this?

Nice band, pretty

I really like the band on this and it looks exactly like the picture. I wanted a citrine but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. This seems well made. To be honest, the stone is rather large and I guess it could look kind of cheap or fake, but I still like it enough to keep and wear it. Fits perfect.

Really pretty. The gold overlay matches my real, solid, 14k gold wedding set. I chose the citrine and the stone is clear and very vibrant.
