Sized incorrectly

Took this skirt out of the package and laughed when I held it up to look at it. It was most definitely NOT an XL - more like a small. Waist was tight and uncomfortable. Fabric was thin and rather cheap. Definitely not worth the price by even half. These designers need to get over themselves and either make quality clothing or get out of the business. Sent it back.

For a size Large the elastic waist was very tight and small

Order the next size up. Maybe 2 sizes up if you want a looser fit. Have to send my medium back for a large. I usually wear a size 10. This feels like a small 8.
