My products arrived opened; almost all of the product had spilled out of the containers. I don't think I would buy them online again—it was a horrible experience

The original order of this lotion had no scent & was extremely runny! Macy's customer service was very helpful & exchanged the item for me! The replacement had the great Red Door smell & the consistency of the lotion was normal!

A Little Disappointed

I gave it a 4 rating because the container was covered in powder when I opened the box. The seal wasn't broken so I have no idea how it got like that. I'm so glad I wasn't giving it as a gift.
