100% cotton subtle, geometric matelasse pattern Although there was an odd smell when I opened the package, it mostly came from the plastic storage unit that the bedspread came in. The spread was also wrinkled, as one would expect when removed from tight packaging. I ordered it in ivory, and the color was as expected. This is a bedspread, not a coverlet, so that there is full coverage near to or down to the floor, depending on the height of your bed. There is also a generously sized sham included with the twin bedspread. It gives a neat, tailored appearance, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

PERFECT WEIGHT FOR SUMMER

Perfect for my purpose which was to have a lightweight cotton blanket that could keep me warm enough in the summer months and yet not weight me down or make me too warm. It is sturdy but light and I am very happy with it.

100% thick soft cotton!

100% cotton, soft, cozy, reminds me of the bedspreads I had as a kid. The king size is more than sufficient to cover my tall mattress and bed frame.

Very nice!

I bought this blanket because of its price. It was way bigger than I wanted but I am in love with it! It's so great for summers in Texas because it's light-weight and doesn't get too hot!
