MACYS LOST MY ENTIRE ORDER

THIS WAS PART OF A HUGE ORDER THAT MACYS LOST AND OFFERED NOTHING BUT A REFUND OR TO REORDER. WHY WOULD I REORDER SOMETHING THEY CANNOT SHIP? USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
