Not for everybody

This capsule Destroyed my stomach from first time use, i took only 1 capsule and after a few hours my stomach started hurting so bad and i had reflux acid , I couldn’t sleep on that day from the pain on my stomach , i will never take it again.

Good for Daily Use

The green tea capsules are easy to take and very helpful. I don’t like green tea and I know it is good for you. So it is nice it is in a capsule form. I have been going to the gym, changing my diet, and taking these and have seen a big improvement!
