Great Vitamin D

This vitamin is pretty good. I’ve not been consistently taking it but I notice that it helped with some aches and that I was experiencing for a while. It’s easy in the stomach and small enough for easy swallow. I also give my 16 year as well

Capsules clumped together

I have been a customer for years & have always been highly satisfied however I bought a bottle about 6-8 weeks ago & the capsules were all stuck together in a big clump

Excellent supplement

This Vitamin D is very pleasant to take. No after taste. Both my husband I use it. It is a great supplement for low thyroid. It is also great for winter months when it is not too sunny and we are not outside.
