Kettle Cuisinart

My electric tea kettle by Cuisinart that I purchased in November of this year just died five months later in March. Water was leaking substantially from the bottom of the kettle. Very disappointed in the quality of this partnership with Caskata. I have purchased five of the Cuisinart electric tea kettle without the cool design and have had no problem. This is usually my go to gift for a new household product.

Leaks can sometimes occur if the kettle has mineral buildup or if the water level exceeded the MAX fill line. Please try descaling the kettle with a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar, letting it sit for 20–30 minutes, then rinsing thoroughly. If the leak persists, contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 (Ticket #8900567834 so our team can assist with a repair or replacement. Quality stock pot

Well made, sturdy, and attractive! Great for making a large amount of homemade stocks and bone broths. You can even use it for canning jar water baths. I got it on sale but it's well worth full price. The only drawback is finding cabinet space for this beast. 😂

Pretty but very heavy

I really wanted to love this it’s actually beautiful but unfortunately it is so heavy I would have a hard time with it . I also feel that it would chip easily which is not a great feature for cooking .

My set of knives base just split open

I loved these until now. It was dry but it was over 100 degrees in my apartment when I got home from work. Sorry to post a bad review but this is very disappointing.

Avoid Macy’s at all costs

I ordered this and its beautiful and super sharp. My review is of the customer service and not the product which is great. Macy’s sent me the wrong items and then a new shipment was sent and I returned the wrong item promptly. Macy’s then sends me a threatening e-mail that they didn’t get my return even when I used their return label and have a receipt. Shop at the vendors site moving forward if you want to save time.
