Hope and Henry cowl Sweater

Never received item. Was given the run around. First they said it was simply delivered. Later they said it was left in my mailbox ON SUNDAY!!!!! Don’t think much effort was done to find my Christmas gift. Macys said they will credit my account in 3-5 business. We will see!!

Not as expected

The material is very thin and it sheds. Not sure why. Very disappointed. I had such high hopes for it. Bought it for my son’s Christmas concert but he couldn’t even wear it. Total waste of money
