Mickey's Remote Firetruck

Bought this in December of 2023 to give to my grandson for his birthday in May of 2024. It is not even the end of May and it stopped working even though we changed the batteries in case it was that. Now I read return policy and I can't even return it to Macy's since it is after the date. Now I have to try my luck again and order another one as my grandson loves this firetruck.
