Terrible packaging
The scarf is beautiful albeit smaller than expected by looking at the pictures. This was bought as a gift. It comes in a nice paper package. However it was completely bent by the mail service because Macy's decided to ship it in a lousy plastic envelope. I didn't have time to return and repurchase so it was embarrassing to give such an expensive item in a crumpled package. Macy's should do better.
