Fitz And Floyd Noel Holiday Grand Santa figurine

Arrived broken. I wanted a replacement but Macys couldn’t supply one even though Macys still advertises this item for sale. They gave me a store credit instead of refunding my credit card and I’m still arguing with customer service over it.
