Terrible

I thought I was making a good choice when replacing my vacuum after we got a double coated dog. I spend more time clearing tangles and clogs than actually cleaning. It doesn’t keep its suction and basic crumbs remain. It’s terrible. I spent more on this vacuum after extensive research. It’s too late to return it. Terrible mislead.

Already got my grandma to buy as well!

Absolutely love it!!! Way more power then my old Bissel vacuum! Took a minute to get used to the swivel head but once I figured it out I love it! I love that it has 2 filters and my husband said the room smelled better after I vacuumed! Very portable too!

Don’t buy!

This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned!! It spits debris instead of picking it up. I wish I could return it after using because I will now have to buy a new vacuum which actually works and take the loss on this!

Better than Shark

One of the Best vacuum cleaners i have ever used and i have used alot!! I have been a Bissell commercial cannister user for years(i own 5 of them) and i have been thru several Shark carpet vacuums but this one is top tier!!! I love the ease of use. The adaptive floor changing mode everything!!! You will Not be disappointed buying this one!!!

Love this vacuum!

I have 4 cats and my cordless vacuum was not powerful enough for my carpets. I could use it twice on the same rug and fill the canister twice. With SurfaceSense, the brush picks up so much more hair and has much more powerful suction. I tried it on my bare floors and love that it automatically adjusts its speed when I go from the bare floor to a low pile rug. I also love the lights on the front as well as on the crevice attachment. Highly recommend!!
