Shipping delayed, clearly opened damaged packag

Transport was delayed and when it cam it was not packed as original packing, it was opened and all taped up. Will return it without opening it. Long transport, used and high risk of damaged.,

Commercial Care Iron

Nice feel, decent design, I feel it’s a good value for the price. Ordering from Macy’s was a joke, it took 11 days, unacceptable.

I ordered this on Macys 1 Day sale for a great price. When I received the package open. It came in the original box meaning the item box was never packaged in another box. With that being said the package was tossed 100xs and the package opened. The box have 2 previous address labels meaning that it was mailed to 2 other ppl before me. I’m sure it was returned 2xs before I purchased it. I didn’t buy it on clearance and basically that’s how I felt. It was a gift but now it’s being returned. Very disappointed with Macys! Do better

It’s very heavy and hard to work with , also the changing levels is right by the handle so each time I’m ironing my hand accidentally changes the level and this gets annoying
