Cold Plasma Plus+ Sub-D/Neck

I like the rich feeling of the cream, but I am getting a "sloughing" effect from it, which I do not know is expected. I have not seen anyone else mention it, so I wonder if there is something wrong with the batch I received. There are pieces of either product or skin on my neck and jaw area in the morning, which I don't enjoy.
