No help when Macy's sent to wrong address
I purchased these along with 2 other sets of glasses as a shower gift. I added socks for my son and Christmas table runner for me. I specified the shipment was to come to my house. Macy's sent everything to the bride. I called Macys and they would not refund, replace or credit those purchases not meant for bride. They thought it a funny mishap, according to the customer service rep. Moreover, the bride received no card or message from me, just the amount due! Worst of all, Macys: you ruined the surprise for bride who wasn't expecting a shower!
