Checks most of my boxes

I was looking for a borosilicate glass coffee mug that was microwaveable and dishwasher safe. I just wish it was double walled so it would keep my drinks hot for longer. It cools off very fast.

Borosilicate Coffee Cup

Cup is nice looking, fits well in car cup holder. Unfortunately it doesn't keep my beverage hot.

Great for hot or cold drinks

These were a present to my best friend and she thinks that they are fantastic. Especially because it’s so versatile and can hold cold or hot drinks; and can go in the microwave. It keeps her drink cold or her coffee hot; when placed inside.

One Broken

I really Liked These, they are very nice but one of the caps was cracked. Will have to return. if They were not broken I would have given them a 5 , but because now I have to return they get a two. More for the person packing the product for us shipping. They should have noticed the noise of the broken pieces. I noticed the minute I picked it up.

Broken top received on one cup

The cups are sturdy but one of the tops was received cracked. I called Genicook to see if they could send me one replacement top vs return the entire order. Genicook would not send me the replacement top, hence I had to return the order. Thankfully, Macy's makes the return process easy. While I understand I purchased this through Macy's the manufacturer should be able to replace a part.
