I love the basket, it looks nice in my bedroom

Attractive and Functional

This basket is well made, very roomy, and looks very nice. I’m using it for storing cables and other computer accessories in my home office. There’s a little bit of a scent when you first pull it out of the box, but I sprayed it with room spray inside and outside and let it sit for a on the back deck for little while. The odor is gone now.

What are the dimensions of this basket

Can someone tell me how big this is? The website is notoriously unhelpful and says only 6.8 for the size.

Did not receive and had no response from seller

Not only did I not receive this item, the seller would not respond to my repeated requests for status of my order. Macy's should not do business with this company: Mix Wholesale. As a long time Macy's customer makes me doubt their customer service quality.
