Perfect for Beach House

I bought two of the green carafes to use for water. They are beautifully made. The glass is thick and textured. It is the perfect width to pick up with one hand for pouring. It adds a witty and whimsical touch to a beach house buffet.

Glass decanter

Love the color and designs very unique shape. I use mine, to hold cold ice water, at get togethers, a very nice conversation piece.

Beautiful vessel

I saw these on a Princess cruise in Alaska in May. I immediately searched to find them when I returned home. I bought three and will use them for my dinner table. Love them!

Never received

Never received my order. Order was randomly delivered to an address in Ohio. Checked confirmation email and I listed correct address in California. Requested replacement and filed issue with UPS. No response for either.

Delayed, but pretty

After a long delay, the carafe finally arrived as a gift to a friend. And she ended up with five medium glasses, so it turned out OK, but not without issues. I find it very unfortunate that Macys has not corrected the misinformation online about the Serax glasses and carafe. Nor did they post my prior review that was not favorable about their handling of the situation or remedy. Serax is quality glass. Purchasing it online, buyer, be ready for issues and delays.
