Cute on website but poor design, will return

Cute beads but snowman does not balance - upside down.

Missing One

I only received 3 - The reindeer is missing. Called the phone # on the invoice. Left a voice mail message. Have not yet received a return call. Hope to hear back by January 5th.

Charms

These are very cute. Beads are too heavy so if you plan on wearing them on a pandora style necklace the charms flip upside down.
