Alpine Swiss Mens Waterproof Ski Gloves

I wanted to change my order after purchasing these gloves so I could add another item to my order to take advantage of free s/h on orders over $35.00. I called them less than an hour after placing the original to ask for an add on to my order or for a cancel on the first order. Macy's refused both requests. I never in my life had another company refuse a request like that. Will never shop at Macy's again.

never received

I bought this ski gloves and two more the same company different pattern for my man's folks Christmas presents on Black Friday sale 2025. Tracking purchase stopped December 5th in California. then January 5th e-mail came saying package delivered by the door of my house. I opened the door and didn't find any packages. I have checked with my neighbors next two days and contacted Macys by phone. in a few weeks after talked to customer service via chat about refund. Nothing happened yet. Don't think will shop Macy's again.

Fabulous Gloves

Best gloves I have in my collection. Quality is outstanding, plus warmth factor is outstanding. Need pair of gloves that could handle below temps and I've found them. Love the length too. Going to need to get another pair. Highly recommend
