3 times isn’t the charm

Purchased this item in the shade of agua, to match the aqua towels also purchased At Macy’s online. The bath rugs received were turquoise. There is no way they matched the towels, even though the online pictures showed the same color. Returned said rugs, thinking they were mismarked. Reordered the rugs, received the same turquoise colored ones, returned to Macy’s. Called customer service, explained, possibly someone had mismarked the same sku number. So I ordered a third time, only to receive the exact rug color as before. Fool me once… now it’s a third return. Three trips calls made, time spent, and still no matching colors. Who do I speak to, to prevent this happening to someone else?

Do Not Buy

Worst rugs ever. They shed so much when washed I am still cleaning fur-like residue from my washer. They don't look any better after washing. Too late to return. Very poorly made.
