Cancelled order for unclear reason
I purchased online 2 items during sale few weeks ago. Both items were available during my transaction and I received order confirmation with estimated delivery date. However, after delivery due date I received an email that 1 item was canceled due to being out of stock. I checked and indeed Macy's website showed this item no longer available. The second item was still awaiting processing and was available. New delivery date showed up in my account. I kept checking daily Macy's website and the item was continuously available. When my package didn't come on time again, I called customer service and was told my order is being processed and the new delivery date was given. Today, (another week later) I received cancelation email due to item being out of stock. I checked and Macy's continues to show it as available. I am very disappointed in Macy's customer service. At least give us/customers true reason for order cancellations.

Excellent shoe tree once broken in
Yes at first they are hard to get to open and to get the handle to push in. But stay with it. Eventually once broken in they work great and are excellent quality for the money.
