Disappointed

I am very disappointed with Macys and the order from Lovery. I ordered 3 items only to get one. I didn't receive the 10 bottles of hand soap nor the deodorant. There was a note on the packing slip to call if you had problems with your shipment only to call Zola website. If Macys gets proof of delivery they will find that only 1 box was delivered, and its a very small box. UPS uploaded a picture of the box that was delivered. I am not uploading any copies due to my privacy. I am wondering if anyone else had problems ordering from Lovery through Macys website. My review has nothing to do with the product but logistics coming from Lovery.

Extremely disappointed. The size was not clearly listed, and what I received was unbelievably tiny—basically travel-size bottles. The photos make it look like a full-size gift set, which is very misleading. Definitely not worth the price. I will be returning this and would not recommend it to anyone.
