plushy heaven

I don’t know what kind of blanket the people got that said this is not plushy (and rough???) this is the softest plushiest blanket I ever had! Soooooooooo amazingly soft!!!!!! I’m ordering two more colors and hope they feel like this camel one. OMG it’s pure heaven!!

I read the customer’s review on this and I was wondering if it was me only. I just placed and order for this item and they had it out for delivery and it never showed up and all I am seeing now when I tracked the package is “delivery date will be provided soon”. It’s literally saying it’s at a post office close by where I live.

Wrong Color but great store return service

Beautiful! But the wrong color. It took so long to ship with a few revised shipping dates that the color I wanted was gone. The package did not include useful return information (not even a Macy's label) but the helpful person at my Macy's Store figured out a way. Annoyed? Definately. Satisfied? Yes. Mostly thanks to the kind return person
