Natural detox enzymes
Easy to swallow. I am using these to help with my continued stomach problems. The nutritional content is what I have been looking for. It was suggested that I use this product to reduce inflammation and as part of a detox. Happy so far

All the broccoli you can eat in 2 simple capsules!
These delayed release Sulforaphane supplements are exactly what you need to help your body with detoxing, cellular health, and so much more. I dont love the taste (or smell) of broccoli but this supplement gives you what you need from broccoli without having to eat tons of it! It’s delayed release and it is highly absorbable and easier on your stomach. It dissolves quickly and packed with antioxidants, which I know I don’t get while just eating normally. As someone who is getting near my 40’s, knowing that it also targets healthy aging is a huge plus.

Keeping Fit
I received the sulforaphane beadlets from SM Nutrition. These are made from broccoli which I found interesting, but seemed to make me feel a little lighter and better mentally.

Easy instructions to follow and doesn’t leave a bad taste
These supplements are some of the better ones I’ve tried they don’t leave a bad taste in your mouth and the capsule isn’t a strange texture. The instructions are very easy to follow

Gut health
I started this supplement for the first time and so far so good. I’ve had stomach issues in the past and this supplement is supposed to help with gut health. Take 1 pill a day. It does smell like broccoli when you open the cap.

Good for detoxing and lowering stress
Experimented with adding this into my stack and I use it before sleeping to help lower stress. Honestly I think since taking my sleep stack of magnesium , sulforaphane, and fish oil I have been sleeping much better. I really like how clean the ingredients are in this so you don’t have to worry about getting a product with stuff you didn’t want in it. I would purchase this again.
