Expected better quality

The box arrived late, and smashed. The egg was incredibly hard to peel open. The sticker on the heart of the plush is peeling away. The glow in the dark sticker adhesive is not sticking to anything. It's very cute!! But I wish the plush wasn't squished and the stickers were better quality.

Bad shipping

As guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve and now they’ve changed it until after Christmas. Do better Macys. You’ve done this with 4 of my items now this season.
