Came with security tag attached....

Bought this as a Mother's Day gift for my wife and it showed up with the security ink tag still attached. No way to remove it at home without ruining the jacket, and she can't make it into a store. So instead of a gift, I've got a jacket she can't wear and a problem to solve on a holiday. Quality control on outbound shipments should catch this. Disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a nice moment.
