Dark blue onesie stained my baby's ski

These onesies look and feel nice and fit my daughter well but the darkest one (navy with floral pattern) has stained my daughter's skin twice now. I have washed them multiple times and they keep discoloring her body. The first time it happened we were terrified and almost drove to the hospital in the middle of the night because we thought something was wrong before we realized her clothes were to blame. I have even soaked it in a stain remover overnight and they still stain her legs blue
