Terrible Dye - Towels Will Ruin Your Laundry

I bought the Bourbon color. The towel dye ran so badly that a white towel washed with these towels is now *permanently* stained with the color. Even bleach could not get the dye out. Be aware of the bad dying job when you are selecting a color. White is probably the only safe choice. I have never seen such intense staining from dye.

Towels Not a Good Purchase

I bought the Bourbon colored Supima towels for Fall. Washed them and rinsed twice in warm water. They had a smell to them, bled color into the wash and shed quite a bit of lint. There were loose threads on the hand and bath towels. I trimmed off over a foot of stitching on one bath towel. Also,after showering and drying down I realized that there was orange dye on my skin along with shedding and lint to clean up. The color of the towels was very nice and the towels soft and absorbent so disappointing to find so many quality issues.

Like new after10 years’

I have the bath sheet towels and use them daily. They are 20 years old and color has not faded and they look like new. Now I am ordering as a gift.

Nice Towels

I love Lands End towels, they are soft and wear well. But the colors coming and going are frustrating. I really wanted a whole set of these towels in Soft Sage, would have been perfect with my tile, but they were discontinued. The thyme color not only didn’t go with the tile but was a pretty strange color. I did keep it for a kitchen hand towel.

Lint Lint Lint!

My husband loves these towels, so now I’ve ordered these as an Anniversary gift for my son and his wife. BUT … I’ve washed them 4 times and each time removed handfuls of lint from my dryer vent. Why?
