Poor vendor shipping

Vendor shipping and packaging was poor. I ordered 3 gold and 3 silver for several gifts and they shoved all 6 bracelets in one small jewelry bag. There was a gold branding bead on each bracelet that hangs/ annoying and is in a bad place (moved around) and made the silver bracelet look cheap. Returned and it took forever to get my refund from the vendor.
