Perfect graduation dress!

Flattering and perfect graduation dress! I ordered an L and XL as I’m usually an L but have a larger chest. There is no stretch outside of the smocked waist, so the XL actually fit better on my chest! It runs a smidge snug and the L fit better length and arm diameter wise. But gorgeous and comfortable, the quality is definitely there with CeCe.
