Disappointed With Packaging and Presentation.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. Despite having bought multiple items from this designer previously, this piece arrived in a yellow shipping envelope instead of a proper gift box, and the chain was completely tangled. This was meant to be a gift for January 30, and the lack of care in packaging was surprising. Based on the quality and presentation of prior purchases, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from purchasing again.

The pop of colour l wanted.

I purchased the red, l wanted something different and Suzy's collections are definitely geared towards that. It's a beautiful piece, well made, unique, the color pop l wanted, it's smaller than I thought it would be, and I'm only returning it because I just can't pull it off.

Beautiful but picture made it look yellow gold.

I bought it because I thought I was yellow gold because the picture looked yellow gold. It is rose gold but it’s so beautiful I am keeping it.

It is very pretty, but very tiny for the money, not as pictured. Will be returning it. The bag that it came in is beautiful though very silk like I wish all jewelry came in bags such as that . Ty
