Macys Monterey, Valley Faire compared to Capitola

We shop at Monterey Macys and they are a class act. Very helpful and will go the nine yards to help with what is needed. The store is well organized and clean. The inventory is incredible and well presented. We actually live in Santa Cruz, CA, closer to Capitola Macys. We are willing to drive to Monterey, CA Macys. (45 miles more) because the Santa Cruz Store is dirty, poorly organized, and the inventory is not as well thought out as the Monterey, Valley Faire Macys. We know Macys is having a tough time, but you wouldn’t feel it at Monterey or Valley Faire. Santa Cruz Macys is an example of a failing store. No pride, no organization, not helpful employees…
