Never turn on. Defective product. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product. Not deserving a single star.

Never turned on

We had high hopes for this, but this processor never turned on even after we plugged it in. All our other appliances worked fine with the same outlets. We even tried different outlets in different room but that didn't work either.
