Breathable fleece

Light and breathable. I grab this as a standalone if it's slightly cool. Loved skiing with it as a mid-layer.

1/4 zip

Comfortable 1/4 zip, not too hot or cold, well fit. I don't LOVE the elastic on the wrists (a bit on the tight side), but still great.

Quality

I bought two of these a while back, and both tore along the sleeve cuffs (the stitching came apart). Since I don't wear them very often and the damage happened gradually rather than all at once, I missed the window to make a warranty claim. I own many similar half-zips from various brands, and this is the only one with this issue. Also, I think you should get a size M rather than the size S I usually buy for this type of garment. I’m 5'10" and 165 lbs. I actually liked the full-zip version of this same series much better, and so far, I have no complaints about it. The fabric feels completely different, too.

Powder day essential

Awesome mid layer for powder day. I wore this in the middle of a big storm and it was bullet proof to the cold.
