Damaged item

Wow! Couldn’t be more disappointed in these earrings. I feel like someone wore them and returned them & then they shipped them to me. They look like 2 different earrings and the back of one is bent. I ordered as a gift- no gift box included. Most definitely will be returning

careless shipping

Ordered 2 pair for both kids, they were shipped in medium bubble wrap envelope with no box. All the stems on both sets were bent out of shape against the cardboard/felt holder. They are not usable and will have to return

Too thick

The pole is quick thick. Wouldn’t fit in my piercing hole, which has never happened to me in 20+ years!!
