Missing necklace

Warning: this is not a necklace, only the pendant. I spoke to the online chat service and the lady was very nice but told me my only option is to physically take the pendant to a far away store through a complicated return process and return it. There is no way that they can just send me the missing chain or have UPS pick up the pendant for a return at my home. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of online shopping. The pendant does look nice, but that's all you get despite the description saying: Size: 18 inch Type: NECKLACE
