Disappointed Nothing Received

We ordered a towel warmer and have not received the item we purchased. It was to be shipped by the seller and scheduled to be received over a week ago. We contacted Macy's several days ago and still haven't heard anything back from neither the seller nor Macy's. Poor customer service and follow-up from both companies.
