Same bra same size different color different fit

I ordered this bra in tan and black. The black one is so tight I can't get it on without real pain. The tan one fits great. I don't understand the wild difference in variance in the same band size.

I'm a sz 38K which is equivalent to 38H in UK sizing bras like Elomi. This style is super cute. The fit, is amazing. It lifts, separates because of the low gore. This is the perfect plunge. Bandless makes it more comfortable throughout the day, no adjustment needed. I wish there were more colors!
