Ridges make these uncomfortable

Cute sandals with some arch support, but the ridges in the sole are very rough on the bottom of my feet.

Raised ridges on footbed a dealbreaker

These sandals have a lot of features I was looking for: nice looking, low heel, cushioned footbed, arch support, not too high so good stability, ankle strap, etc. Thanks to reviews, I ordered 10M instead of my usual 10W, and they fit fine length and width wise, even with a bunion. But O, the HARD RAISED RIDGES on the footbed (heel thru metatarsal, not on arch or under toes) are an absolute deal breaker! Now I know why other reviewers complained too. I noticed the ridges immediately upon putting them on, and even just sitting in a chair for a few minutes trying to adjust to them they felt sharper and sharper underfoot. I can’t imagine walking in them unless one has deeply calloused feet, and doesn’t feel much! Comfort these are not! Got them on a great sale, and liked their other features and fit. But the ridges are unbearable! Unclear purpose, since with the cushioning they aren’t water sandals! Returning.

Size Down at Least Half a Size

These sandals run large. I ordered my regular shoe size (8-1/2 M) and they were too large. I returned them. They looked like nice sandals, but being too large, they didn't fit right.
