Good looks, poor quality!

I very recently purchased a pair of these earrings and I was excited when they were delivered a few days ago. Today, I wore them for the first time but a couple of hours later I noticed that one of them lost its main round stone. I’m so disappointed and I’m starting to regret buying them in the first place!
