Gentle, but not as effective as I'd hoped.

I regret to inform you that this product does not easily remove my mascara. I use Chanel's Waterproof mascara, and your lotion took a long time to soften it, and then instead of being absorbed completely onto a cotton pad, some just settled on my skin under my eyes. I shall be returning it. Your "One Step" Facial Cleanser is by far the best makeup remover for my mascara and facial foundation. Please don't discontinue that EVER! Thank you.

Very gentle

Waste of money. Stings eyes. Don't use.

Gave up using it after leaving my eyes stinging. Unfortunately it was a gift but looking at other reviews it seems there are loads of complaints regarding the new formula. Leaves skin sticky. Avoid before wasting your money.
