Don’t buy

Sorry changed ingredients and I’ve used for years with no problems, however I’ve now got sore eyes and eyelids, plus a rash for good measure.

Works, but it's drying

This remover does remove eye makeup well, but it makes my eye area sting when I put on moisturizer after cleansing, both that night, and the next morning.
