    • Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover
    • Press gently over eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve eye makeup
    • Gently sweep down along lashes from root to tip, without tugging; then sweep up along the underside of lashes, lifting them as you go
    • Fold cotton pad, then gently move the pad toward the outer corner of the eye, following the direction of lymphatic circulation
    • Repeat process using a fresh cotton pad for the other eye

Does not make my eyes ‘puffy’.

this does not make my eyes sting or puff up. Removes heavy make-up easily. Bit pricey so only use on eyes and use a cheaper, different brand for rest of face.

New formula causes burning and swelling

I have been using the instant eye makeup remover for over a decade and the new formula is horrendous. It caused extreme burning, swelling, pain, and redness around my eyes that lasted for hours. I am shocked that this new formulation passed testing and I would urge extreme precaution to anyone with even mildly sensitive skin. It also now has an extreme bug spray-like scent. I encourage you to go back to your original formulation, as this is likely not safe for the eye area and could potentially cause damage.

New formulation is greasy & has odd scent

I do not like the new formulation! It is greasy & has a weird flowery smell. I will likely not purchase it again. It is a shame because I have been using it for over 10 years.

Awful product

Tried a sample of this after it was recommended. Awful product, didn’t remove my mascara and stung my eyes. Next morning eyes were red. I have used Clarins for 30 years and am now switching to other brands because Clarins are changing all their formulas and the products are now awful. Why change everything Clarins when all Your products were amazing. I used to recommend Clarins to everyone but won’t anymore.

Another change of formular, why just why??

Just got a sample of this, I've been using it for years and hadn't read the reviews because its my go to remover. Oh how I wish I'd read them first! It's changed so much! It smells like Baby Oil, and it's making my eyes sore! Ive just purchased the larger size from another site, so I hope its old stock and kinder to my eyes! Why do you always have to change things or discontinue things we love? Gentle Day Cream/Night Cream and so many other Clarins popular items I've loved over the years, but then you drop them or change them. Then its a nightmare to find a replacement. Listen to your customers Clarins, we dont like change!!
