Not a Fan Favorite Anymore

I used to love this exfoliating facial cleanser and had not used it in a while. A sale came along for two tubes so I thought this was my lucky day! I gave one tube to my daughter to try because I told her how much I loved it, only to find out that the formula had changed and wasn’t what I remembered from the past. I could have bought over the counter for a lot less if I’d known the texture was gel and less granular. Please bring back the original formula!! I love Clarins products and this cleanser was unique, but not anymore.

Long-time user - What about a "value size?"

I have used the exfoliating cleanser for many years as part of my skincare regimen. My skin has changed with age, and I now need to intersperse it with other products that provide stronger exfoliation to manage hyperkeratosis. My husband and young-adult sons use it on a daily basis: It's convenient for them to gently cleanse and exfoliate in the shower, and they like the scent. I find that the "new" cap is harder to open (with my moderate hand arthritis) but so far, it's manageable. I took off one star for this, for the smaller size of the tube, and because of the price. My guys go through a tube rather quickly. Clarins should consider providing a "value size" of this to reduce environmental waste.

New formula is bad!

I have used this product for many years but recently they changed the formula. I always used this in the shower and it left a great clean but not dry feel afterwards. the new version is really not the same, I dont like it at all! It is thinner so now gets in my eyes easily and my skin feels very dry after using it. I still have 1 tube of the old version, but dont know what I will do after I finish it... bring back the old version Clarins!

It does what it claims.

I have been using this cleanser for many years now and I am sticking to this which my skin loves it. It does not dry out my skin after wash and keeps my skin radiant. I recommend this cleanser.
