Bring back the original formula, PLEASE!

I have used the original formula since it was first introduced. Loved it. I am extremely unhappy with the new formula. It has the consistency of loose Vaseline, the aroma of a household cleaning product and very little exfoliation. I no longer enjoy the face wash. Pleas

Disappointed

I quit buying this when the formula changed. I got it one time after the formula changed and it was a complete and total letdown. I don’t know why you constantly change formulas for the worse. I don’t know why people keep buying them. They are usually inferior. I have the same issue with the new body scrub. It’s not as good as the bamboo kind. Another letdown. Neither one exfoliate as well as their previous formulas. I feel like I’m using some grocery store brand for 4-5 times the cost.
