No product box..

Product appears good, but it is sent in a shipping box with no product box. Makes a bad gift at a baby party. It would be great if it had regular packaging. Probably will return

never showed up

I ordered this for my son for Easter and it says it was delivered to somewhere in Connecticut. I live in TEXAS!!! I contacted customer service twice but still have not received a refund or a replacement. It’s been a week. I will update my review when and if this matter is resolved.
