Item never came! Still waiting from Dec. 1/20/2026

I usually do not write bad reviews but after 4 phone calls to customer service I decided to let Management know what games are being played. What a disappointment from Laura Geller shipping team and Macy’s after waiting from late December until today 1/20/2026 to find out after reordering them that they no longer have them. They actually do and that they ( customer service ) said that the order was cancelled because of no stock. Meanwhile if you go on the site it’s available. I am upset since I am Platinum member. That will change as all my shopping will. I have a photo of the message saying that I received the item on the Macys app. Insulting! I never received the item and have proof of poor service! So sad for Macys guy👎🏻

Purchased several times, great gift

I’ve purchased this in multiple color pallets. I really like it and I have gifted these at Christmas for the adult daughters and friends. For the money when it’s on sale it’s a great buy. I think the color palette is very in Vogue for today.
