never received and seller did not refund or replac

FedEx dumped this item on the floor against my express instructions. It was supposed to be left in a LOCKED - read: secure parcel locker and instead Fed Ex dumped it on the floor of the package locker room owned & operated by "quadient" parcel pending. This place is a nightmare when it comes to theft and they should have known better. no response from seller whatsoever

Ding Ding

Such a nice gift for my grandson. I took it out of the great carry case/bag and had to try it out- it is a very nice quality and sound. A little pricey for a xylophone but you get what you pay for. Can’t wait until Christmas!
